Eva Refund Policy

Eva refund policy varies depending on the ticket type and the time of cancellation. Here are some general guidelines:

Tickets purchased at EVA Air's website or reservation office:

For tickets to/from the United States, you can cancel your reservation without penalty within 24 hours of purchase if the ticket was purchased at least one week (168 hours) prior to the first flight departure.

For all other flights, you can cancel your reservation without penalty within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, you may be eligible for a refund, but you will likely be charged a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the ticket type and the time of cancellation.

Tickets purchased through a travel agent:

You will need to contact the travel agent to request a refund. The travel agent's refund policy may be different from EVA Air's policy.

Tickets purchased with miles:

If you purchased your ticket with miles, you will need to contact EVA Air's customer service to request a refund. The miles will be returned to your account, but you will not receive a cash refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 20 days for cash and check payments and within 7 days for credit card payments. However, it may take longer for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
